SAFE Terms of Service

1. Who provides the service

We provide SAFE, an electronic invoicing and administration system for businesses in Costa Rica, as SIDE Costa Rica B M M P Sociedad Anónima, tax ID 3-101-542382, San José, Costa Rica.

2. Eligibility

SAFE is a tool for business and professional use. Only people who are 18 or older and legally able to enter into a contract may use it. If you use SAFE on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.

3. Accounts and credentials

You are responsible for protecting your password and for the accounts you authorize within SAFE. You are responsible for what is done with them while they are under your control. If you suspect unauthorized use, let us know right away.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use SAFE only for legitimate operations. It is prohibited to:

• Access email inboxes that do not belong to you, or attempt to do so.
• Resell, sublicense, or transfer the service without our authorization.
• Reverse engineer the software or attempt to extract its source code.
• Overload the API or use it for operations outside the normal use of the service.

5. Gmail connection

The Gmail connection is optional and revocable. We only access your email if you enable it to import supplier invoices, and you can disconnect it at any time. How we handle that data is governed by the Privacy Policy.

7. Service availability

We work to keep SAFE available on a continuous basis. We may perform scheduled maintenance and will let you know in advance when possible. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and do not offer automatic compensation for interruptions.

8. Intellectual property

The software, the brand, and the content of SAFE belong to us or our licensors. You do not acquire any rights to them by using the service. Your company data belongs to you.
